What BidMyBody is

BidMyBody is a marketplace. Creators offer printed advertising space on clothing they will wear to a named public event. Advertisers buy or bid on those spots. We are not a party to the advertising itself — we provide the platform, hold funds in escrow, and release payment once delivery is confirmed.

Nothing permanent, ever

Advertising sold through BidMyBody is either printed onto a garment, or applied to skin as a temporary transfer, sticker, or body-safe paint that removes after the event. Permanent tattoos, semi-permanent ink, and henna are strictly prohibited. An advertiser may not request one, and a creator may not offer one. Accounts that breach this are closed.

Creator obligations

Creators must actually attend the event they listed, apply each advertiser's creative to the agreed spot, wear the garment for the duration described in the listing, and submit footage showing the ads being worn in public at that event. Misrepresenting attendance or audience size is grounds for refund and removal.

Advertiser obligations

Advertisers must own or have licence to the artwork they upload, and must not submit creative that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or misleading. You grant the creator a limited licence to reproduce your artwork on the garment and in event footage.

Fees

BidMyBody retains a platform fee of 5% from each completed sale. The fee is shown to the creator before payout. Payment processing fees charged by Stripe are separate and non-refundable once a payment has been captured.

Ending your account

You can stop using BidMyBody at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, and we will refund any advertiser whose spot has not been delivered.
